At POUJE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Returned in original packaging
• No visible signs of wear or damage
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn jewellery.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team:

Include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
We will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• There is a manufacturing fault
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Funds will be returned to your original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for worn jewellery.
